Founder and CEO

Austin Niegsch

In 2023, Austin co-founded Impression PR and Marketing alongside Co-CEO Derrick Fazendin. Austin currently assumes a leadership role in the company, leveraging years of expertise in management, communications, marketing, and public relations. Prior to venturing into entrepreneurship, Austin served as a Police Officer and gained valuable experience through various roles from 2013 to 2017. Deciding to embrace a new career path in 2017, he has since successfully launched multiple profitable businesses, consistently enhancing his professional portfolio. Austin has showcased these strengths by steering a company to over 15 million dollars in sales, and founding four businesses from the ground up, including ventures in e-commerce. With a demonstrated track record of achievement, Austin possesses key aspects to propel your business to new heights of success. Austin remains dedicated to his true passion for making a positive impact by helping others.

Derrick Fazendin

Meet Derrick Fazendin, Co-CEO of Impression. Armed with nearly two decades of experience in the strategic communications and marketing fields, Derrick knows how essential effective promotion is for any business. This is why Derrick, along with Co-CEO Austin Niegsch formed Impression, in an effort to give every organization affordable access to top-notch marketing, communications, and fundraising strategies. Derrick has been tasked with assembling robust campaigns for various organizations spanning across different industries, including but not limited to: The Los Angeles Angels, Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Rams, ESPN's ESPY Awards, University of Arizona, University of Houston, California State University, Fullerton, University of California, Irvine, former NFL head coach Bruce Arians, real estate mogul Jade Mills, ESPN television personality David Pollack, multiple non-profits, and more. Derrick's experience has also spilled over into capital campaigns that include large scale fundraising galas, charity golf tournaments, and more. Derrick prides himself on understanding his client's needs and tailoring his work specifically for them.
